Forget Traffic.Let’s Build Obsession.
Most sites are measured badly, then redesigned on opinion.
I work the other way round. The tracking goes in first, so the data is real. Then the design decisions have something to answer to — I write the brief, your designer or developer ships it.
Trader Tool Match
A trading-tool aggregator I built, then took to market myself.

One month of BOFu on X.
A bottom-of-funnel campaign for a B2C trading product, run on X ads. Relentless A/B testing on copy brought the average cost per lead to $14.97, with the best-performing variant landing at $11.52.
Tracking that doesn’t lie.
Server-side tagging gave 100% accurate attribution. Every copy test was judged on what actually happened, not on what the ad platform reported back.
The change the data asked for.
Week one showed a 65.8% bounce rate from X traffic. A targeted redesign shipped on 17 June took it to 47.0%, where it held for the rest of the campaign.
Markela
Extra virgin olive oil from Chalkidiki, built to sell online and export out of Greece. In production now — the case study goes up with the numbers, not before.
Three levels. Same standard.
Web design consulting means I tell you exactly what to change and why, argued from GA4 behaviour. Your designer or developer implements it — I don’t produce the design files.
