1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of evanchristidis.com (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Website is a professional portfolio and lead-generation site. It presents work, capabilities, and services and allows potential clients to make an enquiry.

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, selecting services, or discussing a project does not by itself create a binding client contract, guarantee availability, reserve project capacity, or oblige Evan Christidis to accept work.

A paid engagement begins only when the parties separately agree the relevant project terms, normally through a written quote or proposal and any applicable client service terms.

3. Website content is not a guaranteed offer

Service descriptions, case studies, examples, availability, and other Website content are general information. They may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

No Website statement is a promise that a particular result will be achieved. Marketing, analytics, SEO, CRO, advertising, design, copy, and related services depend on many factors outside any one service provider’s control, including market conditions, platform changes, client implementation, budgets, traffic quality, competition, and user behaviour.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website’s original design, layout, text, graphics, code, branding, case-study presentation, and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to Evan Christidis or are used with permission.

Client names, trademarks, logos, screenshots, designs, or other client-owned materials shown in portfolio work remain the property of their respective owners where applicable and are displayed with permission or another lawful basis.

Except as permitted by law or with prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, redistribute, frame, substantially imitate, scrape for republication, create derivative commercial works from, or otherwise exploit protected Website content. Ordinary linking to the Website and ordinary indexing by public search engines are permitted.

Any liability arising from an actual paid client project is governed by the separately agreed client contract rather than these Website Terms alone.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s country of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings in a court that applicable consumer law makes available to them.
